Refund & Cancellation Policy:

entertained in such cases.

Application Summary This information on every application summary would be available in the “my account” section after
the user has made the payment. Any application submitted by the user will be available in theiraccount for a period of six months beyond which we may or may not retain the information on our server.

User Representations:
The User represents that he/she is not under any legal or other disability which limits his/her ability to comply with these above Terms and Conditions of use and Privacy Policy and or any other relevant terms hereto. The user shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account and
passwords. The User shall be solely responsible for all activities happening under his/her Username whether authorized or not. T & C for Scholarship
This scholarship is at the sole discretion of the management of Counseling Shortcuts™. This offer can be withdrawn at any future point in time without any reason whatsoever. To be eligible for the scholarship students need to apply firstly through the Common Application Form on the www.counselingshortcuts.com website to their preferred college and courses. The student will be given a unique ID from Counseling Shortcuts™ for the purpose of tracking his application.
The scholarship will come into play after the student confirms his admission at any of the collegeswhich have been applied through the Common Application Form on www.counselingshortcuts.com.Along with the payment receipt the student will submit the unique ID from Counseling Shortcuts™ to
the counsellor associated with him.The amount of the scholarship will be upto a maximum of 50,000/- INR which will be adjusted as
part of the first year college tuition fee of the student. The actual amount of the scholarship offeredto any student is at the sole discretion of Counseling Shortcuts™ management and no disputes will be entertained for the same. If student cancels admission due to any reason at the college he/she is
liable to return the scholarship amount as well to counselingshortcuts.com This offer is valid only for students taking admission in the calendar year 2025.Terms and Conditions for College Review Submissions

Introduction:
These Terms and Conditions apply to an individual (“Reviewer”; collectively “Reviewers”) submitting college review(s) on the portal operated by eGuruzy Learning Shortcuts Private Limited (“Counseling Shortcuts™”). Reviewers will be compensated with INR 100 for each approved review, subject to the conditions outlined herein for reviews submitted till 20th February 2024 and post that date the compensation will be INR 50 per approved and published review., subject to the conditions outlined
herein. These terms aim to ensure the integrity and reliability of the reviews while protecting the Counseling Shortcuts™ against false information and similar third-party claims. The Reviewer confirms at the time of submission that he/she/they has read the Terms & Conditions of the Program on how to participate, details on collection, retention, usage and sharing of personal data. Read Privacy Policy on our corporate website for clarifications. Submission and Compensation Guidelines:
● Reviewers are encouraged to submit genuine, original reviews based on personal experience.
● There is no limit to the number of reviews a Reviewer can submit. However, compensation is limited to two approved reviews per Reviewer.
● To qualify for compensation, Reviewers must submit reviews using a consistent email address, phone number, and UPI ID across submissions.

● Counseling Shortcuts™ reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Reviewer’s information before issuing payment. Rights and Responsibilities:
● Counseling Shortcuts™ has the right to use, edit, or reject any submitted reviews.
● Upon submission, Reviewer grants Counseling Shortcuts™ a perpetual, non-exclusive license over the submitted content to use, edit, and publish in full or part across all Counseling Shortcuts™ platforms.
● Reviewer is solely responsible for the content of the submitted review(s) and may be held liable for any third-party claims arising out of the same. Liability and Disclaimers:
● Counseling Shortcuts™ disclaims all liability for inaccuracies or falsehoods in submitted reviews.
● Reviewers shall indemnify Counseling Shortcuts™ against any claims related to the content of their reviews, including infringement of intellectual property rights.
Amendments and Jurisdiction:

● These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
