Mandatory for All Associates Across All Departments
To ensure discipline, professionalism, and performance across every vertical of Counseling Shortcuts -including sales, support, tuition, and counseling teams — the following Zero Tolerance Points (ZTP) have been defined.
️Any violation of these will result in immediate disciplinary action, including termination without notice and no FNF settlement.
1. Student Interaction & Communication Protocol
No Misrepresentation of Unoffered Courses or Services
- Never say “seats are full” for courses/services we do not offer.
- Instead, respond with:
- “We currently do not offer this course/service.”
- “No seats are available for this course under Counseling Shortcuts.”
Applies To: All products including: Live Counseling Guidance & Support, Career Counseling, Personalized Mentoring Programs, Recorded Courses, Coaching/Competitive Prep, Tuition Services, and more.
Correct Brand Introduction
- Use only:
- “Counseling Shortcuts”
- “Counseling Shortcuts Institute”
- “Eguruzy Learning Shortcuts Pvt. Ltd.” (if contextually required)
- Strictly avoid calling us a college, university, or mislabeling any product.
Respectful Course Comparisons
- Highlight our course strengths positively.
- Never demean any course or any degree.
- All comparisons must be informative and respectful.
2. KPI Adherence
All associates are expected to meet minimum monthly performance benchmarks based on their role:
- Sales/Telecounselors: Daily KPI targets, lead follow-up discipline, and conversion benchmarks.
- Counselors: Case resolution rates, quality of guidance, and satisfaction scores.
- Support Staff: Response TATs and system update compliance.
Zero Tolerance For:
- Irregular follow-ups
- Fake updates or manipulated data entries
- Deliberate lead misreporting or skipping tasks
3. Attendance, Shift Timings & Check-ins
Mandatory:
- Daily check-ins on official tools (CRM/attendance portal)
- Shift compliance as per assigned rosters
- Joining daily huddles/meetings on time
Zero Tolerance For:
- Uninformed/unauthorized absences
- Repeated late check-ins or post-shift logins
- False reporting or proxy attendance
- Associates without a defined shift (shiftless) or avoiding shift assignment intentionally will be treated as non-compliant and in violation of attendance protocols.
4. Code of Conduct
Every associate must maintain a high standard of discipline, integrity, and professionalism.
Prohibited Behaviors (Strict Actionable Offenses):
- Disrespectful language with peers or students
- Sharing confidential data outside the company
- Misusing company tools or leads for personal gain
- Engaging in internal politics or toxic behavior
- Absenteeism during working hours without valid reason
ENFORCEMENT & PENALTIES
Violation of any of the above Zero Tolerance Points may result in:
- First Instance: Immediate Warning
- Second Instance: Removal from key responsibilities
- Final Instance: Termination without notice & No FNF settlement

These policies exist to protect the brand, ensure fairness, and maintain the quality of service for every student who trusts Counseling Shortcuts.
All teams are expected to operate with honesty, punctuality, respect, and performance.
