APSET Result 2026 Tentative Release Date: Will Andhra University declare results by the last week of April?

The APSET Result 2026 is expected by the end of April 2026, approximately one month after the exam. A scorecard will also be issued. General candidates need 40% to qualify, while reserved categories need 35%. Only the top 6% of qualified candidates receive the lifetime valid APSET certificate.

This means that the APSET result 2026 will likely be released at the end of April 2026 on the official website- apset.net.in. Along with the APSET 2026 result, the authority will also issue the scorecard for the test takers.

Candidates who will get 40% marks, that is 120 out of 300 marks aggregate in both Paper I and II, will be eligible to qualify for the APSET 2026 exam. Note that the qualifying percentage for reserved category candidates is 35% (i.e., 105 marks out of 300 marks). Getting the qualifying score does not guarantee holding the APSET qualifying certificate. Only the top 6% of qualified candidates (who appeared in both papers) in each subject and category will be considered qualified, and the authority will issue a certificate to them. The APSET certificate will be valid for a lifetime. Candidates who want to apply for Assistant Professor/ Lecturer positions within Andhra Pradesh will need the APSET certificate.
