What If You Missed MHT CET Registration 2026?

If you failed to register for the exam, then you can either choose to appear for JEE Main 2026 or NEET 2026, as these are valid for the “All India Quota” seats in many Maharashtra-based engineering and pharmacy institutes. Additionally, you can explore Institutional Quota or “Against Vacancy” seats directly through private colleges, though these may carry different fee structures.

However, if you are still seeking entry into healthcare or professional management streams, the MH-Nursing CET and MAH-BBA/BCA/BMS CET registration portals remain open until the end of today, March 25. If these alternatives are not viable, you may need to wait for the 2027 cycle of MHT CET 2026.

If none of these options are feasible, students will need to wait for the next MHT CET cycle in 2027.
